Happy New Year! Last year was epic. Thanks to everybody who made it memorable. 2010 has started with a bang, with plenty of projects on the go. This is the year of opportunities. Go get them.

Where is the year going? I've updated my portfolio and am now using a third party site to store all my work. It's now not so much a portfolio as an archive. Update: I have since closed the third party resource and am uploading content to my own server now.

Woah, a breather. Another crazy period with some big projects under my belt.
More work for Monier as well as a newe cleint, 7daydeals.co.nz. They're on to
something pretty exciting. Also three video projects and a new web site for
the Aviation Industry Cluster. They've just celebrated manufacturign their
1,000th aircraft. Congrats guys! Just completed a big, new brochure for
Trail-lite as well. Their new Piha model is stunning. Until next time...

Another busy period working on offline and online projects. One of my highlights
was launching a more streamlined brick for Monier Bricks and Roofing via my
agency, Adland.
Monier Metro brick has a lower profile, by about 30%, so it's a sexy option
for architects and designers alike. You really can create anything with brick.
Adland picked up some new clients and we're now developing a new website for
Waikato Aviation Cluster. A new identity will be forthcoming soon too.
Adland also picked up Trail-lite Caravans and Motorhomes,
New Zealand's premier modular designed motorhome manfufacturer. We've just
completed their web site, a Google Adwords campaign and organic SEO, and we're
now working on their next ad campaign.

Wow, what an incredibly busy period. Thanks to all my clients. I have
just completed the Royal Easter Show campaign for 2009. This included
TV, Radio, Press, DM, a new Flash website which can be viewed at http://www.royaleastershow.co.nz,
Web banners (on TradeMe) and more. Also completed the Royal Easter Show Wine
Awards material; wrote three websites (yet to go live); two successful RFPs; a credentials doc for
an ad agency; a brochure redesign; two awesome AV presentations; improved
the website functionality, programming and copy at http://www.asbshowgrounds.co.nz,
and much more! Thanks to my partners in crime to help make these projects
a success :-).

Woah, that was a busy month! I have wrapped up a number of projects
before the New Year and am now on holiday until 12 January 09. Merry
Christmas and Happy '09.

I've just finished a small project for a new advertising consultancy, helping
them set up a new workflow system between client service, creative, production
departments and their clients.

I have just completed a strategic marketing assignment for a New Zealand
ad agency, where I identified their strengths and created a positioning
for them to take
the next step in their agency's evolution. The strategic recommendations
document will serve them for the next few years and I look forward to
seeing them shine
brightly in the near future.

I left my Executive Creative Director role at an Auckland agency at
the end of October 2008 and am now available for agency and direct client
assignments.
